End FISA "Courts"

They're an abomination. They're used cynically to make a PRETENSE of court action when the government wants "cover" when they spy on American citizens. As with "Grand Juries," only ONE SIDE is presented, and the "judges" don't ask many questions, and just "rubber stamp" the request. It was the FISA Court that authorized the "spying" on Trump's campaign by the Obama/Clinton forces, and it was that phony "Trump Dossier" bought and paid for by the Hillary campaign that was used to fool the judge into "legalizing" their spying. Not that the judge needed much convincing. It's a "Kangaroo Court" weighted heavily in favor of the government.

ANOTHER CONTINUING RESOLUTION: Dumocrats have been BLOCKING a real "budget bill, and the specter of a "government shutdown" seems to be looming every few weeks because Dumocrats hold things up because of their "hate Trump" campaign that keeps them from voting for ANYTHING Trump comes up with. We just had a futile THREE DAY shutdown, and another is now looming. If we pass yet another CR, that will take us until the middle of March, when we will have ANOTHER threat of a "government shutdown." Of course, Dumocrats are blaming Trump, saying he hasn't come up with a budget bill that could pass, which is a LIE. He has, but Dumocrats vote it down.

"AMATEUR ADJUDICATION": That's what they call it when a couple of (unnamed) lawyers who USED TO be connected with the Mueller "investigation" told them Mueller is "on the verge" of indicting President Trump on charges of obstruction of justice because they THINK he tried to block Mueller's "investigation" into the Russian Connection hoax. Never mind he has been completely UNABLE to find ANY evidence of such a collusion in more than a year of trying. One of the lawyers says, "I'd bet against the president,"  an illustration of just how outlandish a thing this is. Mueller is DESPERATE. Any prosecutor could "indict a ham sandwich," and that's what he'd be doing if he indicted Trump.

PROSECUTORS HATE SELF DEFENSE: In a recent case where a girlfriend's husband attacked a man and he shot him, the prosecutor said the injures "weren't serious enough to warrant shooting." Apparently, this prosecutor wants him to wait until he gets some SERIOUS injuries before he defends himself. Maybe even serious enough to kill him. Luckily, the jury disagreed, and acquitted him. What an ABSURD wish that is! When you're being attacked, you don't have time to register the "seriousness" of the injuries being inflicted on you before you defend yourself.

KEEPING CHURCHES DEFENSELESS: In Florida, Dumocrats are trying HARD to prevent churches from allowing their law-abiding parishioners to bring their guns when they attend services. They would rather they be KILLED if some fool came into the church and murdered them. HR-39, which removed the right of someone with a "carry permit" to be able to carry it where someone might accidentally see it, including churches. This bill ignores such cases as the female doctor in Texas who had to leave her legally carried gun in the car when she and her parents entered a restaurant that was posted as a "gun-free zone." She had to stand by and watch while a gunman entered and murdered her parents, right in fromt of her.

MANY STUPID REPORTERS: There are many stupid reporters in the liberal media, and Ryan Cooper of The Week (whatever that is), says we need to "scrap the Constitution, an outdated, malfunctioning piece of junk." That reveals a depth of stupidity I didn't think was possible, even among liberal news-people. These are the people, you'll remember, who worry about how many scoops of ice cream Trump allows his guests, and how many HE takes. Things that are patently unimportant and irrelevant. If they had anything REAL against him, they'd use it. But they don't, so they talk incessantly about piddling, unimportant things like that, and their imaginary stories about his infidelity, something they not only ignored with Bill Clinton, but DEFENDED when they were forced.

Everything Is Racist

Every day they come up with something new they declare to be racist, on the thinnest of "evidence." They confidently take innocent words and condemn them, saying they're "code" for racism. Now they say, "YOGA is racist, because "you’re at least contributing to 'white supremacy', saying: 'yoga practice in the United States is intimately linked to some of the larger forces of white supremacy' and is 'tied up with colonialism.' " What a load of bulldoo-doo THAT is! It stretches credulity to the max! But they don't care about, or don't even KNOW that. They just choose something at random and say it's racism. So the word "racism" no longer has ANY meaning.

"AMERICANS ARE DREAMERS TOO": That's a phrase that Trump probably heard first on the Rush Limbaugh show, since one of his callers said it nine days before the State of the Union speech, and the Dumocrats are livid. They are complaining that Trump "just doesn't understand how that offends Democrats." Oh, he understands it, okay. He MEANT it to offend Dumocrats, and to point out the fallacy of their stand, which puts the progeny of illegal aliens BEFORE American citizens, which is really crappy. Besides, who gives a tinker's damn if Dumocrats are offended?

DECLARING HIS STUPIDITY: Virginia's new governor has rushed to declare he is as stupid as the "lame duck" governor, Terry McAuliffe. Nw Governor Ralph Northam has declared that "gun control" will be a primary goal of his administration. Never mind gun control, as we know it, doesn't work, has never worked, and never will work. That's because it is based on several fallacies: first, that lawbreakers, who obey no laws at all, will somehow obey their laws that say they can't be armed when they commit their other crimes. Second, that making a law against criminals being armed will somehow be OBEYED by people who break laws for a living.

NO CORRELATION: The "experts" say "there is no correlation" between gun ownership and gun crime, which proves my contention that legal gun owners are NOT the problem in gun crime. As usual, their "figures" only apply to LEGAL gun owners, and completely ignore the ILLEGAL guns out there, whose numbers equal, or surpass the number of LEGAL guns noted in the "study." Of what use is this "study," I don't know, since it takes into account, only LEGAL guns. Criminals usually don't get theur guns legally, and usually don't stand for background checks. nor do they register their illegal guns.

NEVER HEARD OF MS-13: MSNBC's Joy Reid says that "Nobody that doesn't watch Fox News has ever heard of MS-13." Which, for a change, is not "false news." She's right But not because of the reason she thinks. It's because Fox is the only news source that RAN the stories about their atrocities. All the others, including MSNBC, IGNORED them. So naturally, people who didn't watch Fox News know nothing about MS-13, which is one of the bloodiest street gangs, which has MURDERED lots of people, and accidentally killed others while murdering other gang members and other victims.

ONE MAN’S OPINION: The Flat Earth Society is real, and meets every year. I hear they want Chuckie Schumer or Nancy Peelosi to be their president, next year.... Adam Shiff thinks the “Trump Dossier” should remain secret because “us peasants” aren’t smart enough to understand it. If that were true, what would it MATTER if it were released? Shiff is like a lot of liberals. He thinks everybody else is stupid.... Chuckie Schumer says “negotiating with Trump us like negotiating with Jello.” Which shows he doesn’t know when he’s been beaten by a really skilled negotiator, which HE isn’t.... Dumocrats say Trump has “had a poisonous first year.” Which tells me Trump has succeeded beyond our wildest dreams in “draining the swamp”.…

Trump's Numbers Are Up!

In spite of all the Dumocrat scheming, all their clever wording of the questions and the places they are taken (where liberals and other Dumocrats live and work), and all the phony news reports they see to being published by their liberal media, they're finding they can't keep his numbers down forever. The truth eventually seeps out, and even those who pay no attention to politics begin noticing that things just are NOT the way they've been told they were. Now he's in the high forties and they're livid.

PELOSI'S SOUR GRIMACE: You could tell Dumocrats didn't llike what they were hearing as they listened to Trump extolling all the good things he had accomplished in his first year in office, taking directly to the American people without the usual "filter" of the liberal media. The truth was out. Nancy Peelosi's facial expressions were very instructive. She was moving her mouth as if she mistook her Preparatation H for her false teeth glue this morning. Her expression looked much like it would if Chuckie Schumer had let a "toic fart" in her direction, thus fouling the air in the room.

PROUD CLIMATE CHANGE DENIER: The "climate change acolytes" describe those who haven't "bought" their swindle about global warming (now known as "climate change" because they discovered the globe wasn't warming, and hadn't for almost 20 years) as "climate change deniers." They use that as an epithet. An insult. But I look upon it as a compliment on my INTELLIGENCE as I look at the FACTS, not the LIES they put out, which are sworn to by their "bought and paid for scientists" who fear they'll lose their "grants" (bribes) if they don't agree.

LIES, LIES, & MORE LIES: The anti-gun fools can't tell the truth about the reasons they want to violate the Second Amendment of the Constitution, so they just lie about it, or misrepresent it. They IGNORE the fact that MOST of the "gun crime" that occurs is done by people who IGNORE their stupid, ineffective, and USELESS laws that do NOTHING to reduce gun crime and, instead, INCREASE it by DISARMING the law-abiding, making them "easy targets for those who IGNORE their laws. They foolishly reject the whole idea of arming the law-abiding, who usually do not commit gun crimes, while those who obey NO laws have no trouble getting their guns to use in victimizing us.

ANOTHER STUPID LAW: In Idaho, they want  a "stand your ground" law. That means a person who is threatened with an ILLEGAL or legal gun wielder may "stand his ground" and fight back, if he has the means to do so and so wishes. In the absence of such a law, people seem to be mandated to "RUN" when so faced. Of course, to run when someone points a gun at you may cause your DEATH, but that doesn't seem to matter to the anti-gun fools, who just want to DISARM the populace.

ALWAYS BLAME THE NRA: That's what anti-gun fools do, whether or not they are in a position to make laws against gun ownership. In this case, the aunt of a female victim extols the child's "good points" and offers her dead body (figuratively, of course) to the NRA as a "sacrifice." She blames the NRA, even though the teen who killed her was NOT legally able to own a gun, and most likely STOLE it from someone who was. That is NOT the NRA's fault, but it's easy for the ignorant to blame whomever they wish, even falsely.

"Cuz' Obama's Gone!"

"Experts" are telling us that the DECREASE in gun sales in Virginia is due to Obama not being in office any more. "Experts" are rarely right, but nobody seems to notice. But in this case, they're "right on." People no longer fear a major federal law coming down the pike to take away their guns, since Trump would veto any such bill before it can become law. Other "experts" poo-poo that idea, saying the decrease is a "natural phenomenon." They're right, too. It IS, with Trump in office.

DEPENDING ON PRODUCERS: Socialism cannot be sustained on it's own. It DEPENDS on the producers of new wealth to do so in order that they may STEAL part of the fruits of that production for the benefit of those who do not produce ANYTHING. That's something the promoters of socialism never tell you, although it is evident to those of us who can THINK. Socialism is an economic theory that is based on THEFT; theft of the fruits of the production of new wealth for "redistribution." Socialism will always fail eventually, as it did in Russia and is even now failing in Venezuela, because it produces NOTHING on its own, and the producers soon learn they don't get to keep what they earn, so they quit producing new wealth, or move elsewhere.

NOBODY SHOWED UP: Anti-gun fools had a "mass gathering" of other anti-gun fools and only about a dozen fools showed up. Others most likely realized (finally) that their usual anti-gun fool actions are USELESS and no longer wanted to waste their time and money. I've heard of a number of such failed gatherings recently, as more and more people realize that their ideas don't work. "No-gun zones," for instance: take a look at how many instances of gun violence they have stopped: NONE. Potential shooters SEEK OUT "no-gun zones" in which to do their dirty work because they know that law-abiding people will leave their guns at home, making them "easy targets."

"RACIST" AGAIN, HUH? Dumocrats are calling Trump racist (again) because he wants to keep GITMO open. What rationalization leads to that, I don't know. We don't have any other viable place to keep terrorists (Islamic or otherwise). We shouldn't put them in our usual prisons because they will use their stay there to RECRUIT the malcontents that live there. That would allow them access to a massive number of malcontents, and those are the kind of fools they WANT in their ranks. Obama tried to put some in an Oklahoma prison and was rebuffed. So he turned them loose. And many of them went back to the battlefield and killed some more Americans.

TRUMP GETS THE BLAME: Liberal fools keep saying that TRUMP is moving us "dangerously close to nuclear war" when it is Kim Jong Stupid who has been 'picking" at us for years and threatening nuclear war if he ever gets a nuke he can send our way. If he'd just shut the hell up, Trump wouldn't even notice his existence. But he won't. He won't be satisfied until we make his predictions come true and drop a nuke down his throat. Of course, he'll be dead then, along with a bunch of his citizens, but he doesn't appear to be intelligent enough to figure that out.

BIG SURPRISE! The Dumocrats didn't like a single thing Trump said in his "State of the Union" message. Not even the things they usually champion, because Trump said it. Are we surprised? Not a chance. Now we have a dump truck hit by a REPUBLICAN train outside Charlottesville. Not a train CARRYING Republicans, but a REPUBLICAN TRAIN. Intimating that it was the Republicans who were "driving the train" and spotted that dump truck, and decided to "wipe it out." Typical Dumocrat response. Use anything they can to make Republicans look bad, even if they have to twist the facts to do it.

Gun Grabbers Are Stupid!

They have to know that not a single law they've made has stopped a single instance of "gun violence," but they insist on making them, while only the law-abiding obey them. And the law-abiding usually aren't the ones that commit "gun crimes." Whenever some fool does something stupid with a gun, they jump up and down, demanding we make even more stupid, USELESS laws for criminals and other malcontents to ignore. While the law-abiding DO obey their laws and are routinely victimized by those who do not. Every once in a while, a mass shooter DID obey the law when he bought his guns. BUt he was not a member of the group that could not buy a gun at the time because he was as yet not a felon or other offender who cannot buy a gun.

2nd AMENDMENT A PRIVILEGE? That's what the governor of Arkansas thinks. Seems like all the other provisions in the "Bill of Rights" are RIGHTS, but the Second is "just a privilege." He spouts that nonsense to excuse his trying to make unconstitutional laws that violate the Constitution. He says he "supports gun rights with reasonable limits." But ANY limits on the right of all Americans to own and use guns for self defense is an "abridgment," which is PROHIBITED by that Second Amendment, which IS a right. Anybody trying to say it is not is a LIAR and a fool.

TALKING TO THE TALIBAN: Anybody who thinks we can talk the Taliban out of killing innocent people just are ignorant of what the Taliban stands for. They want only one thing: to KILL those who don't believe in their perverted version of Islam. Anything else they claim to believe in is merely incidental to this basic belief. They will NOT "discuss" abandoning this, since it is an "article of faith" in their perverted view of Islam. They will SAY they're willing to negotiate, and even go through the motions for a while, while they resupply their murderous troops and re-position their men. Then they wil violate any "agreements" they seem to have made, and kill even more people. The way to deal with them is to KILL them, man and boy. Even women. if they commit terrorist acts.

SOCIALISM IS THEFT: Ben Shapiro said it best when hr said, "The idea that I owe you something because you are here is theft." And that's what socialism, in all its forms, is--THEFT. Their basic motto, "FROM each according to his ABILITY, and TO each according to his NEED," making NEED a DEMAND on the earnings of others, is thinly disguised THEFT, by the government. Collectivism, of which socialism is just one form, is just that: STEALING from those who EARN for the benefit of those who do NOT.

KNOCKING FOX NEWS: I read the comics on the Internet every day, with my breakfast. I do that because I no longer buy and read the Denver Post, the only remaining major newspaper in Denver after it killed the Rocky Mountain News, and then immediately raised its rates and reduced its page size and number of pages. I also see some of the reader comments, and noted this morning one reader who called Fox News "Fake News." A typical stupid thought from a liberal, since Fox is the only news source that tells you ALL the news, even that which liberals would rather you not know. The "fake news" comes from the rest of the "media," which LIES daily, sometimes even HOURLY, and IGNORES important stories that do not move their phony narrative forward.

SO WHAT? WHO CARES? Dumocrat lunatic Maxine Waters did not go to go to the State of the Union speech. So what? Who cares? There are many Dumocrat lunatics who likewise say they will not attend. Again, who cares? You can bet they will be listening, along with millions of others, Dumocrat and Republican. She says she will release her own "memo," but who, outside of other Dumocrats is going to read it? Adam Schiff is also going to write his own "memo." So what? Nobody can change the effect of the REAL memo when it is released, something Dumocrats are trying mightily to prevent because the content is damaging only to Dumocrats. And they're frightened.

Who's Really to Blame?

Netflix Talk Show Host Chelsea Handler throws blame for mass shootings everywhere but where it belongs, as do most other anti-gun fools. Basically, she blames the NRA and the Republicans, because they "failed" to pass the usually USELESS anti-gun laws that do NOTHING to "stem gun violence." Instead, it is those laws that are to blame, because they specifically DISARM the law-abiding, making them "easy targets" for the criminals, crazies, and Islamic terrorists, who routinely IGNORE those useless laws. It is not the law-abiding that are most likely to shoot up a school and kill a bunch of children. But you can't tell them that. Their minds are made up, so don't confuse them with facts.

IT HAPPENED AGAIN: Anti-gun fools say private citizens with legal guns never stop a criminal from victimizing people. But it happens all the time, and it happened again. A female mail carrier was attacked by a thug with what I can only assume is an ILLEGAL gun (since the item about it says nothing about that), and a bystander fired a few shots into the ground to distract him. He then tried to attack the bystander, but then she threw a few shots in his direction, convincing him that would be a bad idea. So he fled, But he didn't get very far, because the cops had arrived by then and cornered him.

WHITE SUPREMACY: The Dumocrats claim racism and "white supremacy" (other words MEANING racism) everywhere. But it is the Dumocrats who are the racists. Always has been. They are the ones who think of all things in terms of race. They see racism where there is none. They take innocent words and call them "code" to mean white supremacy. We almost had racism under control until Barack Obama started calling everybody who disagreed with him on anything racists. There was a time when it was unthinkable for a black person to be elected to political office in the south. Now almost every politician in the south is black, and/or female. It was a Dumocrat administration against which Martin Luther King marched, "Jim Crow" and Bull Connor were Dumocrats. The Ku Klux Klan was a Dumocrat creation, designed to keep blacks down. Dumocrats filibustered the Equal Rights Act.

MORE FAKE NEWS: The left says if Trump doesn't like what they say it's "fake news." What they don't say is that most of what they say now IS fake news. The Dumocrats have a simple playbook. On the first page is instructions on how to "create a lie" against your enemies, repeat it over and over until it becomes an "article of faith" that it's true. The most recent example is the story about Russia contributing money to the NRA, to be used to elect Donald Trump to the presidency. Another is the pipe dream that Trump "thought about" firing Robert Mueller, neither of which have any proof they're true.

MOVING FROM CALIFORNIA: Weatherby, Inc., a California gun maker, is moving out of California, to Wyoming. Apparently the gun laws in California have become just too much of a burden on them, and they're looking for place that is more "gun friendly" than California, which, apparently, likes illegal alien CRIMINALS more than the law-abiding people who are cursed by living there (I'm glad I no longer live there). The way their gun laws work, coupled with their "sanctuary state" policies, guarantee higher gun crime rates, by DISARMING the law-abiding, making it easier for CRIMINALS, who obey NO laws, to victimize those law-abiding people who do.

IT'S ALWAYS RACE: Whenever Dumocrats look at anything, they try and introduce racism into things, even if they have to twist things out of all recognition to do so. The "PieGate" "reporter" who said Sarah Sanders didn't bake the pie she brought to a press briefing, also says that "White Women were FORCED by their husbands to vote for Trump," and that's the only reason they did. She told TWO LIES there when she added the "white women" to the original lie. Naturally, she's black, and only insulted WHITE women, which is okay today as liberals build racism against white people.
