"Cruel and Unusual"

The State of Indiana (my home state, unfortunately) wants to abuse the RICO Laws to the extent that going 5 MPH over the speed limit can result in the loss of your car. Politicians really think they are God, I guess, and can pass any kinds of laws they want, even if they are unconstitutional, knowing they can be enforced until they are DECLARED unconstitutional, and they get to keep any money they’ve collected while that law was in force. They watch anti-gun fools pass many unconstitutional laws without getting in trouble, so they think they can do it, too. The Constitution clearly prohibits “cruel and unusual punishment,” and this definitely fits that description.

JUST THREATEN ‘EM: If you don’t have a cogent argument to win the debate. Just give the other side a death threat, and many of them will fold. That’s what happened when the left failed to stop that pro-life movie in America. They tried everything they could think of to make that movie go away, and failed. So now they go to “Plan B,” which is death threats. When Canadian theater owners tried to show the movie, they got the death threats, and several of them said they “were afraid for their families” if they showed the movie. I guess the left figures that, if they can’t argue with truth, argue with death threats.

GUN CONTROL FOR ALL: Dumocrat Rep. Eric Swalwell is a damned fool. As are all anti-gun dummies. He thinks Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell won’t be in power after 2020. That McConnell is the only opposition to his hair-brained schemes to deny the American people their constitutionally guaranteed right to “bear arms” for self defense. This guy lives in a fantasy world where the government can use nuclear weapons on people who refuse to give up their guns. He thought he had a “snowball’s chance in hell” to become president in 2020, too, even though he was only one of the 20 or so Dumocrats who also think they have a chance, and he’s not even the most popular candidate in that bunch. As evidence, he was the first Dumocrat to "bow out" of the presidential race.

THEY JUST DON’T WORK: The anti-gun fools just can’t get it through their thick skulls that NONE of their highly touted anti-gun laws do ANYTHING to stop, or even slow down “gun crime.” That, in fact, they make it worse by DISARMING the law-abiding, making them “easy targets” for those who just IGNORE their laws and victimize the law-abiding, who are not armed because they DO obey those laws, even if they think they’re stupid. What’s it going to take to wake these people up to reality? They have to know their laws don’t work, but they insist on making more and more of them. I guess they’re just plain STUPID.

THEY CALL US ENEMY: The anti-gun fools call us “the enemy” for standing up for our constitutional RIGHT to “bear arms.” A right GUARANTEED by the Constitution of the United States, which states clearly, “...the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.” (Emphasis mine RT) They stupidly believe that disarming the LAW ABIDING will make the law BREAKERS stop getting their guns ILLEGALLY. They insist their stupid, unenforceable laws stop “gun crime,” when statistics prove that where their laws are tightly enforced, crime of all kinds INCREASES, including “gun crime.” Which goes to prove that all their gyrations do NOTHING to stop, or even slow down “gun crime.”

ONE MAN’S OPINION: CNN just showed its true colors. Somehow my TV got changed to the CNN channel and the next show up was COMMUNIST Van Jones. Any cable channel that would give this communist thug a show to use in spouting his crap is suspect, and for my money, is communist, themselves… Using their phony word: an Al-Jazeera “reporter” is claiming that naming the (alleged) Sri Lanka bomber is “Islamophobia.” More evidence that they want to use that word to intimate mental deficiency for anybody criticizing ANY Muslims… “Mad Max(ine)” Waters says, if you stand with President Trump, you are not patriotic. Where the hell makes her think she has the right to set standards for patriots? She is less than patriotic, herself. And she needs to learn that. I think she is subversive… Actor/Director/political activist Mark Ruffalo (D) says, “Jesus was an illegal immigrant.” WRONG! He was told by his government to travel to Bethlehem to be taxed, and there were no rooms left at the inn, since so many people were there for the same purpose. This is a typical Dumocrat twisting of facts…
