Impossible Dream

AOC’s Green New Deal is a complete pipe dream that would be impossible to implement, even if it had any chance of being approved by Congress. It could not be approved by Congress because it is all-encompassing, way beyond the comprehension of anyone who is not insane. AOC’s problem is that she doesn’t have the intelligence to understand that. She thinks we just don’t understand it because WE aren’t intelligent enough to understand. Ignorant people always think they are the only intelligent people around. This woman is completely mentally incompetent.

THEY REALLY DUNIT! A “lower court has ruled California’s high-capacity (10 bullets) magazine ban unconstitutional. Of course, the state is going to appeal it to the Ninth (Circus) Circuit Court, and you never know what will happen there. But President Trump has caused conservative inroads there, as everywhere. Maybe enough, maybe not yet. So the result there is in question. I wouldn’t push it yet, Californians. With those liberal fools still in charge, they may still be enforcing it until then, and they may balk then, if it is upheld. And if it is not, “Katie Bar The Door!” Other states will waste no time following suit.

THEY JUST WON’T LEARN: Dick’s Sporting Goods has lost (so far) $150 million dollars in one year by banning the sale of certain guns in their stores. At one time Dick’s was a major gun retailer, and the sale of guns drove the sale of other items, such as boots, jackets, and hats. When sales fell sharply after their first ban, they added even more. Now, they’re doing it, again. The CEO says he knew they’d lose some business, but the fact that two separate mass shooters bought their guns in his stores disturbed him. So he stopped selling certain guns. How he thought that would change anything, I don’t know. Potential mass shooters will just get their guns elsewhere, legal or illegal.

RACIST RULES: In Savannah, GA. In the race for mayor, they have a new rule” “Black only reporters” are allowed to cover the campaign in certain areas. How they think that will do anything to STOP racism (by being racist) is beyond me. But then, southerners aren’t the brightest tube in the light when it comes to race, anyway. At one time they didn’t allow BLACK reporters. This is just more of the same, just reversing the roles. Savannah Alderman Van Johnson (a black man) says that while he supports free press, organizations have the right to restrict entry into their meetings. Even if it causes them to pay a political price, Van?

FALLACY OF GUN CONTROL: The first thing is the idea that if a bad guy can’t get a gun legally, he can’t get a gun, period. That legally is the only way a bad guy can get a gun. That taking guns away from the law-abiding does ANYTHING to prevent bad guys from getting the guns they use to victimize the law-abiding. So many ways to show that gun control is FUTILE. It does nothing except make it easier for the bad guys to victimize the law-abiding, who DO obey laws, while the bad guys do NOT. The whole idea that disarming the law-abiding will somehow prevent the bad guys from getting their guns. Disarming yourself is NOT the way to self defense.

ONE MAN’S OPINION: CNN staffers are outraged that the network would hire a political partisan—a conservative political partisan. Never mind the LIBERAL political partisans they have hired en masse… In Denver, they’re wondering how many-time DUI offenders are still allowed to drive. They aren’t. They just drive without a license until they finally kill somebody… The “swamp dwellers” are sorely frightened that Trump will get to them in his quest to “drain the swamp,” and they’ve conned a few liberal Dumocrats into believing in their bull droppings. As witness the retail store employee who told a teen to remove his “MAGA hat,” then said, “F--k you! And got himself fired for his trouble… Liberals insist that conservatives are violent toward them, but there are NO provable instances of conservative violence, while there are numerous provable instances of liberal violence toward conservatives…
