Make It Harder

Politicians know the Constitution prevents them from simply BANNING guns, altogether. so they just make it very difficult to OWN a gun in as many places as possible. At the same time, they make it as difficult as possible to SELL a gun, so maybe you'll just "throw up your hands" and go out of the gun business altogether, and there'll be nowhere to buy a gun. You will have a de facto gun ban, People will have to travel out of your jurisdiction to even BUY a gun. Meanwhile, they make laws that make even HAVING a gun more difficult. Higher fees and taxes, stringent reporting requirements, etc. All this makes it harder and harder for the average citizen to have and use a gun for self defense.

WHAT'S THEIR PURPOSE? The anti-gun fools will tell you their purpose is to "stem gun violence" by getting rid of all guns. They must be stupid not to know there is NO WAY to "get rid of all guns." The bad guys will ALWAYS be able to get their guns to use in victimizing the law-abiding. The simple effect of all their "gun laws" is to INCREASE gun violence, not reduce it. Their laws only serve to disarm the law-abiding. So it becomes obvious (to intelligent people, at least) that their purpose is to make it easier for the bad guys to victimize the law-abiding--and that's exactly what they're doing. If they can't stop people from buying guns legally altogether, they make laws to make it harder to get the ones they do have into action fast enough to deal with the holder of an ILLEGAL gun, or make their guns impossible to use.

NOT A DEMOCRAT? NJ Sen. Bob Menendez is a Democrat. The first Democrat to be tried for corruption, ever. I guess they're better at covering up their stinking brown stuff than Republicans. Anyway, the liberal media goes out of its way to AVOID mentioning that he is a Democrat. The NY Times published a 1,400-word article about it that only mentioned his party once, in the fourth paragraph. NBC even tried to falsely claim that he is a REPUBLICAN! I guess they just can't handle a DEMOCRAT actually getting caught at corruption.

THE BLAME GAME: What's wrong with Hillary? She LOST again, in an embarrassing fashion, because she was a lousy candidate. Ever since, she has been advancing excuse after excuse for her failure, blaming everything there is for her failure, except the REAL cause, Hillary Clinton. Her campaign was a desultory one, because she thought the "had it in the bag" and only needed to "go through the motions" of campaigning, to get elected. After she lost and overcame her frustration, she started manufacturing excuses, beginning with the Russians. After six months of searching, and never coming near to finding real evidence of "Russian collusion," she started putting out various reasons for her loss.

DEMOCRATS LOSING IT! They're now talking about impeaching Trump for firing Comey as FBI Director! Never mind that the president can fire ANY federal employee he wishes, any time, for any reason, or NO reason. They're talking about "the document" (presumably the memo Comey wrote to himself after being canned), which isn't "evidence," at all. They're searching far and wide for a good reason TO impeach Trump, and finding NOTHING. So they're making it up. They don't even think about what they'll do about the vice-president, who will become president if Trump is impeached.
