Another Stupid Gun Law

Sen. Feinstein is “reintroducing” her ban on people under 21 being able to buy rifles after the synagogue shooting in San Diego County, California, which proves, again, that she knows nothing about what to do to STOP such shootings. She is “applying a bandaid” when a full “bandage is required. She, like all the other anti-gun fools, ignores the unalterable fact that such laws only apply to LEGAL purchases of the gun involved, which only creates a thriving black market in them. NONE of their misguided anti-gun laws ever has done ANYTHING to stop, or even slow down the purchase of guns for nefarious purposes, in those UNDER 21, or over 21.

“RIGGED AGAINST GUN OWNERS”: This is about Colorado’s “Red Flag Law,” one of many being legislated in many states. It punishes people, based on somebody’s “opinion” of what they MIGHT do, if allowed to keep their guns, not on something they did that breaks the law. That is “prior restraint,” and the Constitution prohibits that. Which seems not to make a difference to the fools who make anti-gun laws. One of the problems involved here is that, in the first instance, a “temporary” removal of gun rights can be granted by a court, with NO ability of the “defendant” to defend himself against those possibly imagined charges.

“ACCIDENTALLY” MAKING OUR POINT: MSNBC commentator Kerry Sanders inadvertently made the point we have been making all along, that, “When the government has all the guns, the government can do what it wants to the people.” It’s something the anti-gun fools ignore in their efforts to disarm the population in America, as they have in Venezuela. This is the only reason why there is a very small chance the “opposition forces” will be successful, because they cannot, by Venezuelan law, be armed, while the “government forces” ARE armed, to the teeth, not only with guns, but also with their armored vehicles, at least one of which was used to run over some citizens without caring about their condition afterwards.

“DON’T OFFEND A MUSLIM!” That seems to be what the liberal “intelligentsia” are telling us today, and I don’t understand it. I guess there were some people who told us in the 30’s that we should not “offend National Socialists (Nazis),” until the Nazis started killing people outside of Germany. I like the Muslim people—except for the ones that pretend to control how we think, and how we act, according to THEIR “values,” not ours. I have no time for those who “get offended” by what we do, and then criticize us for criticizing their treatment of women and the other things they do that are contrary to our values. And I especially have no time for the extremist Muslims who think they have the “right and duty” to KILL us if we don’t convert to their “religion.” Then there are the Muslims who are antisemitic.

STUDENT JUMPS GUNMAN: A gunman came to the University of North Carolina Charlotte to kill some students. This gunman I will not name, because that’s why gunmen kill people. For notoriety. One student jumped him, and was shot to death for his trouble. If that student had had his own gun, he could have “taken out” the gunman before any more people were killed. But no! He didn’t, because the law makes people like him DEFENSELESS in the face of people like that, whether their guns were gotten legally, or not. That brave student was Riley Howell, a student who was said to be willing to help anyone, and was a friend to all.

ONE MAN’S OPINION: More misdirection: a “transgendered professor” at College of Charleston, who him/herself is a “woman’s cycling champion,” says “excluding transgenders from competing against women is like excluding blacks.” Not a chance! This is NOT excluding someone because of something he cannot change, it is excluding larger, stronger MEN from competing with smaller, weaker WOMEN. It’s “apples against oranges,” from a man who could not compete against other men, wanting to justify himself… AOC says Ronald Reagan “pitted white against working-class non-whites to screw over all working class Americans.” She’s not only wrong, she doesn’t have the “chops” to so criticize one of the finest former presidents, ever. As usual, she’s letting her mouth overload her butt, saying things about which she has no idea, that she thinks will make her look good, An impossibility. She doesn’t deserve to be in the same ROOM with Reagan. She wouldn’t be a pimple on a good president’s rear end…
