Why Not Admit It?

Chicago “gun crime” problems are MOSTLY street gang problems. That is obvious to intelligent people, but they won’t admit it. The University of Chicago Crime Lab researchers tell us that “gun crime” is mostly limited to “specific neighborhoods.” Those are neighborhoods infested with street gangs. They even know this, but they hesitate to SAY it. Most gun crime in any large city can be traced right back to gang violence—in addition to other kinds of “gun crime.” But anti-gun fools everywhere don’t bother to try and do something about the street gangs, whose guns are ALL illegally gotten.

PELOSI SPEAKER AGAIN: The Dumocrats did the expected, and elected Nancy Peelosi Speaker of the House—again. In spite of all her missteps that cost the Dumocrats an election they thought was FIXED for Hillary to win, so she could continue the Dumocrat’s movement toward socialism. In spite of the fact that she fostered the intense “Trump hate” campaign that has netted them NOTHING but frustration. She knows she isn’t going to be able to get anything past President Trump, even if the Dumocrats do control ONE house of Congress.

DEMOCRATS LIE AGAIN: They SAY they’re willing to compromise, but they’re not. They passed TWO bills in the House to “open back up the government,” but neither bill contained what they KNEW President Trump demanded, and has been demanding, all along—funding for his wall. They KNEW he would not accept those bills, and neither would the Senate. The Senate will not even bring it up for discussion, and they knew it wouldn’t. They are simply posturing politically and showing their irrational “Trump hatred,” which gains them NOTHING, and the results in the next election will show it, unless they can “find” enough votes to swing it in their favor.

WELCOME BACK, FOUNDATIONS: The number of “charitable foundations” has decreased significantly in recent years, especially since the tax cuts instituted by President Reagan and President Trump made them unnecessary to dodge taxes. Now Dumocrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants a top tax rate of 70% again. They were originally only used to mask income, so that they would not have to pay those “confiscatory taxes” imposed upon them by Dumocrats. Now the ones left are mostly used to mask foreign donations to politicians, a la Hillary Clinton. Dumocrats will never learn a simple fact: that REDUCING taxes causes more economic activity, and thus more taxable income, thereby causing an INCREASE in the “tax take.”

CONCEALED CARRY REDUCES CRIME: In Illinois, which was, until recently, the “last holdout” in the battle to increase the “concealed carry” numbers, finally passed a “shall issue” law to replace the “no issue” laws then in force. And crime predictably went down. Even in Chicago, where “gun crime” continues unabated (though somewhat reduced), in spite of their many tight anti-gun laws. In fact, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel disagrees, saying “shall issue” laws will INCREASE crime. This in spite of the sure numbers of crime reduction since the “shall issue” law was passed. He maintains that “gun control is still needed.”

ONE MAN’S OPINION: Liberals like to claim lies, but they are the worst liars. Judd Apatow, a Hollywood producer and a Trump hater, accused Tucker Carlson of “spewing lies and hate.” But he didn’t site any “lies or hate” other than a disagreement with him. That’s because there are none, except for those disagreements. The “lies and hate” come from Apatow’s side… Jeffery Guterman called President Trump a “sadistic bastard” for designing a wall with sharp pointed tops. If it makes harder for illegal aliens to climb over, I’m all for it. I guess I’m a “sadistic bastard,” too. I’m happy to do what it takes to foil criminals from illegally entering the United States. And they ARE criminals if they try to climb over that wall. All they have to do to avoid injury is not illegally climb that wall… Outgoing Sen. McCaskell wonders why Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez is “the thing” right now in Dumocrat politics. I can tell her why. She’s stupid. And Dumocrats recognize a “kindred spirit” who can be counted on to promote the most preposterous ideas…
