Hypocrisy Personified

Well-known anti-gun Chicago Alderman Ed Burke, who has been charged with extortion for telling Burger King that they had to send their legal business to his office to get any permits approved. And a permit application they’ve been trying to get issued for a long time was “magically” approved the same day they agreed. Now this guy has been in that office for fifty years, and actually “inherited it” from his father. Kinda like a small time king, I guess. And when they raided his office, they found that this anti-gun (for us) politician was “armed to the teeth.” They found 23 guns there. Alderman Burke is the embodiment of Chicagoland corruption, and has just been caught by the feds, not the locals or the state. Of course not. The “fix” is in. He sees to that. But it’s hard for a local politician to control the federal government. They have their own pay-off system that he was apparently not part of.

WE WILL FIND YOU: And when we do, you’re a goner. Yes, you can sneak up on a Navy ship and blow up a few sailors. Or hijack a few airplanes and kill more than 3,000 people in one strike. But from that moment on, your time on this Earth is limited. You now have an “expiration date, certain.” It is the day we find you. Like we found Osama bin Laden. That rich bastard who masterminded the destruction of the world Trade enter in 2001. Who lived in poverty while he hid from us. Or that fool who planned, and carried out, the bombing of the USS Cole. Sure, you killed a few innocent people. But we will find you. And when we do, we will kill you. As we did recently with the terrorist who masterminded the USS Cole bombing.

JUST TELL ME HOW: Anti-gun fools criticize people like me who actually see the senselessness of the laws they pass, and the impossibility of them actually DOING anything to reduce “gun crime.” They say we WANT more people to be murdered, and that’s supposed to be why we insist on retaining the constitutional RIGHT to be armed for self defense. So I want to ask them a simple question, and insist on a real answer, and not the usual name-calling in which they engage, to mask the fact that they HAVE no answer. The question is this: “Why do you insist on continuing to make laws that, in addition to NOT working to reduce “gun crime,” actually work to INCREASE it by disarming the law-abiding so they’ll be ‘easy targets’ for the law breakers?” “Why do YOU want us to be defenseless?”

NOT FOR SELF DEFENSE: Some fools are telling us a “pocket pistol” is not for self defense because it is difficult to hit a distant target with one of them. But that’s not a good reason to exclude them from your arsenal. Yes, they are not the BEST gun for self defense, but they are a good “back up” gun that can be used when you can’t get to your number one gun, and you recognize their limitations. They are DESIGNED for close-up use, and as a “last chance” measure. And if loaded with magnum ammo, can be quite devastating to an attacker who did not expect them to be there.

OBEY THE DAMNED LAW? Here’s an interesting scenario for you. You’re a law-abiding person who happens to be a “concealed carrier” and you forgot to leave your gun in the car when you went into a restaurant where it is a “gun-free zone” by law. You didn’t mean to break the law, but nobody was hurt by your forgetfulness. As you finish your “Big Boy” or “Whopper,” or whatever that particular chain calls their cheeseburgers, you hear a loud noise. You turn just in time to see the cashier fall dead from a gunshot fired by the man in front of him. You instinctively grab for your gun as he turns and aims his at you. You put one in his eye and out the back of his head before you can kill you and your family if that was his intention. Thank God you forgot and broke the law.

They couldn’t find three wise men and a virgin.” -Jay Leno (Apologies to “Flo and Friends” reader, Yakety Sax)… MSNBC show host Joe Scarboro says “Trump is the worst president in modern times.” Of course, he doesn’t tell us on what he bases that crack, because there ISN’T anything to base it on, except his “Trump hatred syndrome.” In reality, Trump is the best thing that has happened to this country since Ronald Reagan, and that’s what liberals like Scarboro hate, because he has done many things they could not do… Liberals making big thing about the second illegal alien child who died in custody, but don’t mention the conditions under which they have traveled to get there, and the fact that, at least in the second case, the father REFUSED medical attention for the sick little boy just before he died.…
